Caesar Salad Dressing – Homemade

Caesar Salad Dressing – Homemade

Homemade dressings taste richer. This one is easy to make, and the extra tang is fantastic.

Ingredients

  • 6 cloves peeled, and mince
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese divided
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • * anchovy option – see notes

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic, place in small bowl. Add mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Combine well. Season with salt and paper.

  2. Place into an air tight container, and refrigerate until ready to use.

Recipe Notes

*Option – the 5 anchovy fillets, minced. Personally, I don’t keep these stocked in my pantry. It is classic to Ceasar Salad’s, and you may also enjoy the near perfect flavor with this fresh dressing.
