Recipe Notes
Personal Notes:
I prefer less lemon juice than more, but this would be a personal preference.
Also, allowing it to sit for several hours helps the flavors mingle and become more flavorful.

Another Personal Note:
I assisted with a large dinner (85 participants), and my job was the ranch dressing. Autumn taught me how to make home-made mayonnaise, which I prefer. In this case, having pre-made mayonnaise was easier for me all around. In order not to have more made up ahead of time than would be used, I prepared kits to make as was needed.
The only thing I don’t care about doing it this way is that the spices don’t get a chance to mingle and enhance with the mayonnaise for 24 hours before serving. Still turned out delicious on the batch that I made on site. The other kits were made 24 hours ahead to allow the flavors of the spices to enhance.
