Fresh is best when it comes to pico de gallo. This recipe adds a bit of that fresh taste to the Pulled Pork Nachos that blends to beautifully.
- 3 tomatoes, diced ((about 3/4 pound))
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- juice of 1 lime
