Creamy Hot Chicken
Slow cooked chicken in a smooth creamy sauce. Serve it over rice or noodles.

Ingredients
- 6 Skinless and Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 3 cloves Garlic – minced
- 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper (more if you like)
- 1 package Italian Dressing (dry)
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Onion – minced
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Instructions

Place chicken, butter, garlic, onion, Italian Dressing, Vinegar, salt and pepper in cock pot and mix. Simmer for 6 hours. Add the remaining ingredients, stir and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Serve over hot rice or noodles. Also, I pair this with freshly steam broccoli.
