Homemade dressings taste richer. This one is easy to make, and the extra tang is fantastic.
Mince garlic, place in small bowl. Add mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Combine well. Season with salt and paper.
Place into an air tight container, and refrigerate until ready to use.
*Option - the 5 anchovy fillets, minced. Personally, I don't keep these stocked in my pantry. It is classic to Ceasar Salad's, and you may also enjoy the near perfect flavor with this fresh dressing.
