Recipe Notes
Love this recipe for feeding a smaller crowd. I make a fresh Cesar Salad with it, and some sourdough rolls. Steamed broccoli as a side dish.
Chicken broth substitute for the bouillon cubes, I just don’t keep broth stored in my pantry. Also, using chicken tenders makes cubing the chicken so much easier.
When I food prep for the week, I usually pre brown the chicken and place in a ziplock prior to this specific gathering for the week. I may add the onions and freshly minced garlic at this time if I have the prep time.
