Easy pre-prepared ramen meal for busy times in our lives.
In a wide mouth quart jar, add dried ramen noodles, broken up (see notes)

Sprinkle the broth powder and garlic powder of the top.
Include the vegetables and meat.
Vacuum seal the jar.
Pour boiling water over ingredients in the jar, and wait 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
During the 10 minutes, add/prepare additional options. Let them steep in the hot water to semi cook.
Stir again and pour into a medium bow. Ready to eat!!!
Made this mason jar ramen kit for the gluten free peeps in the family. Mainly for those that pop in for a quick lunch.
Found an online recipe, bought the noodles at Costco, freezed-dried chicken and ramen vegetables and am using the empty jar from Costco peaches in case this needs to travel out of the house before consumption.
I added some fresh shredded red cabbage and thinly sliced carrots and found a large bowl to do a trial run. Umm. . . Deee-licious!
